Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This policy covers storyforce.fyi, the official StoryForce website, run by the StoryForce team ("we").

It does not cover independently run StoryForce game servers, where each server operator is responsible for their own data practices.

This website

The site does not ask you for personal information. Cloudflare Pages hosts it and processes basic connection details when pages load. We do not collect information to sell, serve ads or profile visitors, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Images and video clips load from img.chriffo.com, our media domain. Fonts are served from this site, so no font provider is contacted.

If you contact us through Discord, Discord receives your account details and messages under its own privacy policy. The same applies if you contact us through JKHub, which handles your account details and messages under its own privacy policy.

StoryForce servers

StoryForce servers are independent from this site. Alongside the account, character and progress information you would expect them to save, less obvious records can include:

  • a salted hash of your password
  • your IP address and installation identifier for connection controls, kicks and bans
  • server and staff audit logs

Do not put real names, contact details or other personal information in your username, character details, notes or chat. Use a different username and password for each StoryForce server. Do not reuse a password from another account.

Server operators can also connect their server to an external database, Discord or other services.

Servers can enable LLM NPCs. Talking to one sends your dialogue and recent conversation details to Anthropic under its own privacy policy, and the NPC can save memories of it for later conversations.

The server operator controls this data, not storyforce.fyi. Contact them with questions or requests.

Questions and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction or deletion. StoryForce is not intended to hold real-world personal information, so you should not add it to your account, characters, notes or chat. For information held by a game server, contact that server's operator.

For website questions, contact Iffo through the official StoryForce Discord, or via JKHub.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or its features change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
