See who is online and where

The roster shows everyone connected to the server and what each of them is playing.

In the menus: ESC → Direct → Tools → Online and Origin

Reading the roster

ColumnWhat it holds
SLOTThe player's client number
NAMEThe name they are playing under, plus a state tag if they have one
ACCOUNTTheir account username, or - if they have not logged in
CHARACTERTheir active character id, or - if they have not picked one
ORIGIN (X Y Z YAW)Where they are standing and which way they are facing

SLOT is the number the kick and ban commands want. This screen and /whois both print it. See kick or ban a player.

A player running a myNPC persona gets an indented sub-row under their own, carrying its owner's slot, so acting on it aims at the player.

This can be toggled on/off using the on-screen toggle.

REFRESH re-reads the list.

CLOSE and ESC put you back in the Tools drawer.

What the state letters mean

A bracketed tag beside a name reports the body states that player has switched on.

  • [C] no clip
  • [D] no draw
  • [S] non solid
  • [T] no target

Acting on the player you have selected

Select a row, then use the buttons underneath.

  • GO TO teleports you to them.
  • BRING teleports them to you. Both teleports land the moved player 64 units in front of the other one, facing the same way.
  • KICK disconnects them.
  • NO CLIP, NO DRAW, NON SOLID and NO TARGET toggle the four states on the targeted player.
  • HANDCUFF and BLINDFOLD toggle those restraints. Restrain another player covers their limits and release controls.

Each action checks its own permission. The menu hides KICK without its permission and fades actions you cannot use.

Give a weapon or item

  1. Select a living player's row, then GIVE.
  2. Select the weapon or item from the grid.

The player selects the weapon themselves. The gift lasts until they die or respawn and leaves their saved loadout unchanged.

A saved character still needs the weapon's skills. A Quick Extra gets the required skill for that life, including Saber Offense 1.

You cannot give a weapon while the player has a portable E-Web deployed. Items still work.

GIVE has its own permission. While a director is in the chair, only directors can use it.

What everyone can see about you

/whois is not an admin command. Its only gate is being logged in, so any logged-in player can list every connected player's slot, account username and active character id.

An ordinary player sees origin coordinates and state letters only on their own menu row. Any admin rank sees those details for every player.

Prefer the console?

Run /whois with no argument for everyone, or with a client number, a character id or part of a name for one player.

Use /sfgive without arguments to list the available items.
